Three Trees Yoga recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any movement practice.  You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in physical movement.  You should understand that when participating in any physical movement practice there is the possibility of physical injury.  If you participate in any of our classes you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, assuming all risk of injury yourself and agree to release and discharge Three Trees Yoga and any of it’s instructors.
