Grounded Yoga for Middle Schoolers a 4 Week Series: In Studio with Julia Nathe

Join us for a nourishing, relaxing and fun yoga series for the middle schoolers in your life.
This series is a fun exploration of yoga, movement, meditation, creative expression, sound healing with singing bowls, community connection and more.
The intention of this series is to introduce and offer these practices of self care to help guide the young people in our community through the transformational times that are the middle school years.
Four Week Series: Saturdays; November 4th – November 25th , 1:00PM – 2:30PM
