Practicing gentle yoga brings ease and mobility to our bodies, while practicing gratitude has been shown to improve sleep, mood and immunity. This series offers gentle movement, restorative poses and relaxing meditations that will help keep your nervous system, body, and mind calm through the busyness of the holiday season. Consider it a gift you can give yourself that will keep you grounded in the true meaning of the holidays- gratitude, connection and presence.
This series is ideal for seniors, individuals transitioning from injury, physical limitations or a sedentary lifestyle, or anyone who enjoys a gentler, mindfulness based practice.
