Creative Moonday Yoga, NEW DROP-IN with Gina Rusconi

Join us for Moonday yoga, a calming and supportive yoga class aligned with the natural rhythms of the moon. Each week, we’ll explore gentle and restorative yoga and mindful movement to help ground and reconnect with your body and breath, guided by the current phase of the lunar cycle.

As the moon waxes and wanes, so too will our practice shift to reflect its energy—offering rest, renewal, and intention-setting. On every full moon, we will close with a guided meditation designed to honor the energy of the moon and create space for inner reflection and balance.

This class is open to all levels and encourages a deeper awareness of both your body and the rhythms of nature. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart.
