Soulful Union a Yoga & Live Music Workshop: In Studio with Katie Bonnett and Josh Pinkston

Join Katie Bonnett and Josh Pinkston for a 90-minute union of yoga and live music.
Katie will lead this special offering with a gentle yoga flow and restorative poses. Josh Pinkston, a Portland-based musician, will provide an acoustic set of original songs and meditations.
The finale will include chanting and singing to elevate our sense of community and connection, as well as support our throat chakras!
