Join Katie Bonnett for this late-winter to early-spring series that gently reawakens the body’s natural vitality. Through soothing movement, gentle yet dynamic breath practices, and grounding meditation, you’ll cultivate balanced, steady energy from within as the seasons begin to shift. Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new or returning to yoga after an injury or hiatus, people transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, or anyone seeking mindful movement and nervous system regulation.
