Join Katie and Gina for a serene, multi-sensory journey exploring the Heart Chakra.
Join us for a transformative Heart Chakra Workshop designed to nurture and expand your capacity for love, compassion, and emotional healing. In this heart-centered session, Katie will guide you through a gentle yoga practice aimed at opening and balancing the heart chakra. Relax into the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, which will help further activate and harmonize your heart center.
Gina will lead you in an intentional creativity painting exercise, where we set our intentions in paint to help you visually express and anchor the heart’s energy.
Your experience will culminate in a deeply soothing sound bath, allowing the harmonic vibrations to wash over you and further align the energy of your Heart Chakra.
Come with an open heart and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more connected to your own inner love!
No painting experience necessary! All supplies and props will be provided!
