Join Katie Bonnett for this late-spring to early-summer series focused on feeling rooted, steady, and bright. With grounding postures, gentle strength-building, heart-opening practices, and soothing breathwork, you’ll cultivate confidence and calm from the inside out.

Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new or returning to yoga after an injury or hiatus, people transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, or anyone seeking mindful movement and nervous system regulation
