Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation for New Beginnings, a 6 Week Series: In Studio or Online with Katie Bonnett

The new year invites deep reflection and introspection that can encourage us to take stock of our lives and deepen our commitment to cultivating happiness and well-being. Gentle Yoga is a great way to begin or return to a wellness journey. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that can be a helpful tool in setting intentions in an effortless way.
Join Katie Bonnett for this 6-week series that will invite you to reconnect with yourself, embrace the transformative power of these ancient practices and set heartfelt intentions for yourself in 2025. Whether you ‘re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this series offers a nurturing space for all levels of experience.

 
This is a six-week series that is well-suited to those who are looking for a relaxed, gentle paced workout. A new theme is introduced for each series.  The poses are presented with many modifications, making the class appealing to anyone with moderate physical, medical or age-related challenges. Emphasis will be on improving balance, developing conscious breathing, cultivating strength and flexibility, and calming the mind. Ideal for seniors, individuals with MS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia, or those transitioning from illness/injury/surgery or a sedentary lifestyle. (Private consultation with the instructor is available if you are not sure whether you are suited to this class).
