Join Katie Bonnett for this 6-week winter Series designed to support clarity, grounding, and soft renewal as the new year begins. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and heart-centered meditation, you’ll explore intention-setting in a way that feels nurturing and authentic. 

Gentle Yoga is perfect for those new or returning to yoga after an injury or hiatus, people transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, or anyone seeking mindful movement and nervous system regulation. 

Six Week Series: Wednesdays; January 7 – February 11, 4:30PM – 5:30PM
