Why chair yoga?

Chair yoga provides you with a gentler approach to traditional yoga poses, practiced while seater in your chair or using it for support. It is designed to make the benefits of traditional yoga poses accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, especially those with mobility limitations, balance issues, or difficulty on and off the floor. 

It can also be practiced in situations where exercising on the floor is not desirable such as at work or in a hotel room. 

Come experience all the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your chair.
