Day of the Dead Celebration, a Sound Bath Workshop: In Studio with Katie Beloved & Katie Bonnett

Día de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead, is a sacred time rooted in rich indigenous and Mexican traditions. This offering invites you to honor and celebrate the life, memory, and the enduring bond between the living and those who came before us. We will share cacao in gratitude, speak the names of those we wish to remember, and come together in community to celebrate their lives. Find ease in your body and peace in your spirit through restorative yoga enhanced with soothing tuning forks and singing bowls. End it with a journey inward through a guided drum meditation and gong sound bath to meet the wisdom of your ancestors.
