Join Katie and Gina for a serene, multi-sensory journey exploring the Solar Plexus Chakra, or Manipura.
Take a transformative journey that integrates the healing arts of painting, yoga, and sound bath therapy. Open, activate and balance your 3rd chakra – your center of personal power, confidence and self-expression – through a series of yoga poses that encourage the release of stagnant energy and awaken your inner strength.
Allow your intuitive painting of the sunflower mandala to unfold as a visual manifestation of the energy and intentions you set .
Your experience will culminate in a deeply soothing sound bath, allowing the harmonic vibrations to wash over you and further align the energy of your Solar Plexus.
No painting experience necessary! All supplies and props will be provided!
