New Year’s Ease Sound Bath a Workshop: In Studio with Katie Beloved

Join Katie for an afternoon of renewal in the New Year
Restorative Yoga Drop-In: 10:45 – Noon ($19, or use your drop-in pass)
Unwind your body and mind. Allow any heaviness of the past year drop away as you melt your body into poses supported by bolsters and blankets. Release your mind with a guided meditation. Set intentions for what you want to encourage in the year to come. End class with a silly celebration countdown to 12 pm while connecting with your community.
New Year’s Eve Sound Bath: 12:15 – 1:15 pm
Let yourself find peace in the presence of the soothing sounds of chakra tuned crystal singing bowls and a 33″ Prana gong. Allow the good vibrations to reset your nervous system and shake the dust off the light of our radiant heart.
