DESCRIPTION:Join Katie Hardin-Beloved and Gina Rusconi for an inspiring afternoon of painting and soundbath.\nOur second energy center harbors the creative tide waters of our emotional body & connection to the moon.  Katie will guide us through a crystal singing bowl sound and yoga journey to inspire our creativity and connect us to our sacral chakra. Gina will lead us through a painting and guided meditation designed to explore and express this energy center. \nCome soothe the waters of your soul through expression of paint and form of your body. \n\nNo painting experience necessary.All supplies will be provided. \n\n  \nTime: Saturday; November 22\, 3:00PM – 5:00PM \nCost: Individual $60\, Couple $110 \n  \n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE (in-person only)
