DESCRIPTION:Soulful Season Spring Equinox\nA creative workshop for reflection and renewal. \nThis workshop invites you to slow down and align with the natural rhythm of the year through the equinoxes and solstices. \nOur session begins with grounding of your body and breath through slow\, accessible movement and guided meditation.
