SUMMARY:Chakra Philosophy Workshop Series: In Studio with Suzy Green
DESCRIPTION:For the first time ever\, this workshop Series will be open to students outside of the TeacherTraining program. This series qualifies for 21 contact and 6 non-contact Continuing Education Credits for 200RYT or 500RYT graduates through Yoga Alliance. \nThe ancient tantric masters were the original yogis and the first to perceive theChakra system\, yet there has been little written about their perceptions. In fact\, thereare only a few yoga teachers teaching from this original system. Most teach from the“rainbow system” that originated in the West in the 1970’s.You will learn what the traditional Tantric texts have revealed about these sacred energycenters. You will also be introduced to some of Carl Jung’s theories about each Chakra and theirrelevance to your physical and emotional health and spiritual growth.
