DESCRIPTION:Reconnect with your inner fire!\nJoin Gina Rusconi and Katie Beloved on a transformative journey that integrates the healing arts of painting\, yoga\, and sound bath therapy. As participants settle into the space\, Katie guides them through a series of yoga poses designed to open\, activate\, and balance the third chakra\, the Solar Plexus—our center of personal power\, confidence\, and self-expression. The movements flow effortlessly\, encouraging the release of stagnation and the awakening of inner strength\, while Gina’s live painting process unfolds as a visual manifestation of the energy and intentions set during the session in the form of a sunflower mandala. \nThe experience culminates in a deeply soothing sound bath\, where Katie plays a selection of crystal bowls\, gongs\, and other instruments\, allowing the harmonic vibrations to wash over participants and further align the energy of the Solar Plexus. \nThe combination of physical movement\, artistic expression\, and sound therapy creates a deeply immersive and cathartic experience\, offering a holistic approach to unlocking personal potential.
