“Yoga Beyond Asana” is a monthly workshop series designed to help students explore the depth of yoga philosophy and embody its teachings through mindfulness, community connection, and meditative practice. Each 90-minute workshop will include a philosophical teaching, reflective discussion, and an experiential practice with breath work and Yoga Nidra.
