Sacred Sounday a Workshop: In Studio with Katie Hardin

Ring in the Lunar New Year with Katie Hardin-BeLoved with heartfelt intentions and good vibrations. This workshop will feature kirtan mantra, japa meditation, restorative yoga and sound bath yoga nidra. Katie will be debuting her prana ocean gong, along with her seven chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls.
