Queer Positive Yoga: Free Sample Class with Sarah Andrews
January 8 – 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm
This free sample class will be Held Live in small groups In-Studio, and Livestreaming via Zoom. This 3-week series is an inclusive yoga series for the LGBTQ+ & community and ally friends. Expect Vinyasa style yoga for all levels, focusing on breath, alignment, building physical and mental strength. Meet new people while learning yoga in a safe and inclusive environment where gender expression and all sexualities are respected and celebrated. (Register here)
