Prenatal Yoga a 4 Week Series: In Studio with Rhiannon Hasenauer

Strengthen, stretch and relax your muscles in a gentle way that will release tension and tightness from areas that are being challenged in a whole new way. Enhance your ability to concentrate and calm your mind through breathing techniques and meditation.
Prenatal Yoga can help you have the best possible pregnancy and delivery and ensure a loving, nurturing environment for your baby right from the start.
* Encourages an awareness and appreciation for your body as you undergo the many changes that pregnancy brings.
*Regular yoga practice helps to reduce swelling, back and leg pain, and insomnia.
* Can increase focus, concentration and decrease stress and anxiety.
