NEW TIME Friday Night Restorative Yoga Drop-In: In Studio with Sarah Roberts
September 2 – 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm
Start your weekend with introspection by connecting with your body in a candlelit grounding sequence of Yin and Restorative yoga. Come dressed as comfortably as you would like. Using bolsters, straps, sandbags, and blankets, you can expect gentle movement followed by stillness. Postures may be held anywhere from 2 (Yin) to 10 (Restorative) minutes. Benefits may include reducing stress/anxiety, improving flexibility, calming the mind and accessing balance in the body, increased circulation, releasing fascia and improved joint mobility, soothing the nervous system, reducing chronic pain, improved sleep and well-being.
Drop In: Fridays; Skips 3rd Friday of each month, 7:30PM – 8:45PM
