NEW Name Same Time – Thursday Slow Flow Virtual Drop-In: Online with Ashley Erickson

In Slow flow class you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully. This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while allowing students to focus more on mind-body connection. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
Drop In: Thursdays; 7:00AM – 8:00AM
