NEW Journey Through the Yamas and Niyamas Mindful and Meditative Slow Flow Yoga a Drop-In: In Studio or Online with Dana Keegan
July 7 – 11:00 am – 12:15 pm
In this class we’ll study one Yama/Niyama per month and embody the principle in our Slow Flow Yoga practice.
At the end of the class, we will have opportunity to share with each other briefly how this practice might helps us become more present in Body, Mind and Spirit. This will create and strengthen our Sangha (community) and provide positive connection.
Time: Thursdays; Beginning July 7th, 11:00AM – 12:15PM
