Loving Kindness a Gentle Yoga 6 Week Series: In Studio or Online with Katie Bonnett

Join Katie Bonnett for this 6-week series combining Gentle Yoga and Loving-kindness Meditation. Practicing Loving-kindness meditation has been proven to decrease negative emotions, increase empathy and compassion, ease chronic pain, and even slow the aging process. Studies have shown this form of meditation to increase positive feelings such as joy, appreciation, cheerfulness, and love. Gentle Yoga is a great way to ease into a yoga practice whether you are a beginner or returning from a hiatus from the mat. It can benefit those transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, healing from an injury or physical limitation, as well as anyone who would like to calm the nervous system. This class is offered both in the studio and over Zoom. Come join us, and let’s finish out the winter feeling connected to our hearts and each other.
