Gentle Yoga -Let Go to Grow a 6 Week Series: In Studio or Online with Katie Bonnett

Join Katie Bonnett for 6 weeks of Gentle Yoga in which we will explore concepts of surrender, acceptance and nonattachment to nurture self-discovery and growth. Gentle Yoga is a great way to ease into a yoga practice whether you are a beginner or returning from a hiatus from the mat. It can benefit those transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, healing from an injury or physical limitation, as well as anyone who would like to calm the nervous system.
Six Week Series: Wednesdays; May 10th -June 14th, 4:30PM – 5:30PM
