Intro to Yoga a 6 Week Series: In Studio or Online with Allison Whiteley
February 16 – 9:15 am – 10:30 am

This 6-week series is the perfect fit for any yoga student wishing to start at the beginning. You will learn the foundations for a safe, evolving yoga practice. Foundations include correct alignment for long-term safety, as well as basic yogic breathing techniques. We will cover many basic poses which will give you a solid place to grow into your practice. You will increase strength and flexibility in your arms, legs, core, and back, as well as improve your balance and posture. You will notice an increased feeling of calm and well-being during each class, which will also show up in your everyday life. The advantage of a series class is that you build on what you’ve learned each week with your peers. Please join me to begin your yogic journey.
