Gentle Yoga & Sankalpas for the New Year Series: In Studio or Online – with Katie Bonnett

Join Katie Bonnett for 6 weeks of Gentle Yoga and meditation dedicated to setting a Sankalpa- a term in yogic philosophy that refers to a heartfelt desire, a solemn vow, an intention, or a resolve to do something. A Sankalpa is a simple yet powerful tool to aid in your yoga practice and help you get the most out of it, not only on your mat but off of it, too. Start 2022 with this 6-week series that will leave you feeling relaxed, deeply nourished, and connected to your higher self. This series is ideal for beginners, students transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, injury or physical limitations, or anyone who enjoys a gentler, mindful practice.
