Generate feelings of goodwill, kindness, and warmth towards yourself and others through this six-week series of Gentle Yoga and Loving-kindness Meditation with Katie Bonnett. Research shows that Loving-Kindness Meditation has tremendous benefits including greater well-being, relief from illness or chronic pain, improving emotional intelligence, and cultivating empathy. This series is ideal for beginners, students transitioning from a sedentary lifestyle, injury or physical limitations, or anyone who enjoys a gentler, mindful practice.
