Full Moon Prenatal Circle- Weaving a Sacred Pregnancy Experience: In Studio with Rhiannon Hasenauer
August 6, 2022 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
In this Circle, attendees will learn about birth as a ceremonial experience and be lead through a series of conversations and exercises that will empower them to weave their own embodied magic into their pregnancy experience. Attendees will also be lead through a nourishing pregnancy ritual and gentle movement that can be utilized as a daily mindfulness practice.
