Full Moon Prenatal Circle- Embodied Magical Beginnings: In Studio with Rhiannon Hasenauer
June 11, 2022 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
In this Circle, attendees will learn about the intelligence of the family body. Rhiannon will lead members through a series of gentle yoga postures and meditation techniques that reduce stress and create nourishing conditions for both pregnant person and baby.
This space will create an opportunity for attendees to find community and step into the full power of their pregnancy. Attendees will walk away with resources for how to carry that power forward after their time together.
