Renewing Your Spirit

Sleeping Lady
Yoga Retreat

November 7 - 9 , 2008
Back by popular demand! - the option to add a luxurious spa day - arrive November 6

"Giving yourself time for a personal retreat from the fast pace and pressure of work,  family and community is not time out, away or off. We think of it as an essential time to maintain the health and vitality of our inner lives, to get back in touch with what we are thinking and feeling, to look at where we are going personally and professionally, and to make sure we are “on purpose” with our inner calling to live a full and creative life. It is also a time to be in the beauty and power of the natural world.”

- Fritz Hull of Community in the Making

Take time to nourish your body, your soul and your friendships.

"It was a beautiful experience. From the spa day through the closing circle everything flowed with love and joy.  The power of the different activities provided needed energy, renewal and peace. " - Margery.

The extra spa day was so well received last year that we've included it again and encourage you to join us. Meet us at noon on Thursday, November 8th as we journey to Sleeping Lady together by chartered bus. On Friday, November 9th we will spend a full day luxuriating at Solstice Spa or just napping or relaxing in the hot tub at Sleeping Lady.

The second chartered bus will arrive Friday afternoon with the participants who choose a three day instead of a four day retreat. We will gather together for the first yoga class of the weekend. Spend the rest of the weekend doing yoga, eating fabulous food, unwinding at the spa or enjoying uninterrupted “me” time.  You will arrive home Sunday evening refreshed and relaxed and ready to embrace your life.

"The pace was just right and everything was great.  The instructors do an excellent job of making sure every one is comfortable and they stress everything is optional." - Michelle
