Special dietary needs:

$250 deposit required for registration. $50 non-refundable administrative fee is included in the original deposit.

Next payment of $250 due June 15, 2008. Balance due August 30, 2008.
No refunds after October 1, 2007. Retreat limited to 40 participants. VISA/MC accepted
