Skamania Lodge

November 7 - 9, 2010

Whether you are an experienced yogi or a curious newbie, this yoga retreat is an ideal way to refresh, rejuvenate and nurture yourself.

Settle in to peaceful surroundings of the Columbia River Gorge; release stress and feel invigorated through daily yoga and meditation practices; delve into ancient yoga philosophy that remains remarkably relevent to your life today; nourish your body with delicious, wholesome meals prepared for you and slip off to the spa for a luxurious massage.

No work, no to-do lists, no traffic or obligations. Just time for yourself and the space to reconnect with the parts of you that get lost in the busyness and demands of every day life. This is a gift of peace for you all those that you care for and relate to each day.

Two night retreat includes:

Double Occupancy guest lodge rooms featuring a luxurious Northwest feel with pillow-top beds and a private bath, in-room coffee makers, terry cloth robes and windows that open to the fresh mountain air with a view of the Columbia River Gorge or the Cascade mountain forests.

A Northwest style lobby featuring an 85 foot tall natural rock fireplace surrounded by cozy couches to sink into for reading, visiting and sharing a complimentary cup of Tazo tea.

Six delicious meals with a Pacific Northwest flair from the award-winning Cascade Dining Room known for it’s breath-taking views of the Gorge.

Watch the moon rise as you soak your cares away in the outdoor hot tub or relax in the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis and saunas, if you prefer.

Deepen your yoga practice with ten hours of yoga and yoga-related classes, including philosophy and meditation from Three Trees Yoga. Beginners are always welcome!

Enjoy access to three scenic onsite hiking trails or borrow a bike to explore the area.

Getting Started

Quotes from last year’s retreat:

I enjoyed everything- would not change a thing. Words can’t capture this experience. Thank you. Brad P.

I think the schedule was well planned. There was time for yoga, time for spa treatments and free time and lots of time to get to know people I see in classes on a regular basis but didn’t know much about. Renee M.

I have enjoyed these retreats for 2 years and just love the feeling of having my friends from yoga around me instead of just at classes. Sue T.

I truly appreciated that we had permission to do what we wanted-that there was no pressure to stick to the schedule. I felt that there was the right amount of yoga and meditation at this retreat. Kelly F.
