Room Preference: Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Some air conditioned rooms are available. If you do not have a roommate, an effort will be made to pair you up with another student if you choose Double or Triple occupancy.

Single Occupancy ($1225 - these are very limited)
Double Occupancy ($1090 per person)
Triple Occupancy ($990 per person)

Pay in full with Visa/Mastercard online. If you prefer a payment plan, please send this form with a check to Three Trees Yoga 204 S. 348th St. Federal Way, WA 98003. Minimum $350.00 deposit required for registration ($50 is non-refundable admin fee). Please make checks payable to Three Trees Yoga. Additional $350 is due by November 15, 2008. Balance is due by January 15, 2009. No refunds will be offered after December 15, 2008.
